1. Conditions for Returns & Eligibility

Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following strict conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Eligible Reasons: Returns are accepted only if the error is on our end (e.g., you received a wrong item or a damaged item).

  • Hygiene & Wear Policy: For hygiene and health safety reasons, worn or used jewelry items are strictly non-returnable and cannot be resold.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and our business against false claims:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement claim.

  • The video must be recorded continuously while opening the original, sealed package.

  • No return, replacement, or refund will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets all the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theaurajewels.org.

  2. Include your order number, details of the issue, and attach your unboxing video.

  3. If your return request is approved, our team will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Shipping & Return Expenses

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or unreceived return packages sent without tracking.
